French Grey Kitchen

Here's a little snap shot of one of our recent kitchen projects.  Grey is definitely the colour of the moment!

The shaker design is a classic look which clients come back to time and time again - it can be adapted in so many different ways to suit all sorts of tastes and styles.  This is a contemporary version - very clean simple lines with nice chunky framing.  The in frame cabinetry is painted in the Little Greene’s “French Grey” whilst the table and chairs are painted in contrasting “Mid Lead”.

The kitchen has a striking walnut interior which compliments the grey really nicely.  The kitchen has a stunning walnut larder with internal spice racks, shelves and drawers.
The drawers have solid walnut cutlery trays.

The polished chrome handles are really stunning and really tie the whole kitchen together beautifully.

The worktop is Silestone “Blanco Zeus”.

Appliances are all Neff – the sink is Villeroy & Boch and the tap is Franke.

We are two today!

Happy 2nd Birthday Maple & Gray!  What an incredible whirlwind the last couple of years have been.

We thought we’d celebrate our Birthday with a little website refresh.  We’ve got lots of lovely new images on there and we love the new look and feel!

A huge thank you to Claire at Chrome Daisy who’s done a fantastic job creating it for us.

We love our new 3D kitchen software!  There's a lot to learn but we're really pleased with the first design we've been able to create!! Not bad for a first attempt (-:

Blue & Grey Kitchen

Here are the images of our latest kitchen project - a really stunning kitchen set in a lovely bright spacious room.

The shaker style units are painted in contrasting shades of blue that compliment each other beautifully.  The kitchen is painted in The Little Greene’s “Mono” on the exterior cabinetry and the island is in “Juniper Ash”.

The kitchen has a worktop mounted dresser with bi-folding doors which maximizes storage and de clutters the worktop space – it’s a real feature within the room.

All the interior timber is veneered oak and the top drawers have solid oak cutlery trays.

The worktop is a black Honed Zimbabwean granite which blends in beautifully with the stainless steel sink and tap and brushed metal knobs and cup handles.

Huge thanks to Louise Bushell Photography for our fantastic photos

Traditional shaker kitchen

We really enjoyed making this beautiful kitchen.  Set in stunning rural countryside just outside Reading, this traditional shaker style kitchen suits this extended cottage perfectly.

The kitchen is designed with solid tulip wood in frame doors and drawers and the cabinetry is painted in Farrow & Ball’s “Stony Ground” with oak interiors.

The drawers are beautifully dove tailed whilst the doors are fitted with traditional butt hinges.

The kitchen has lots of stunning features including internal drawers within the full height cupboard, a gorgeous tall curved corner unit and a bespoke larder with internal spice racks and drawers.  Solid oak cutlery trays are within all the top drawers.

All the appliances including the extractor, induction hob, fridge freezer, ovens and dishwasher are Neff.  The sink is Villeroy & Boch and the tap is by Perrin & Rowe.

The kitchen is beautifully finished with smart polished chrome handles and Café Imperial granite.

Huge thanks as always to Louise Bushell Photography for our incredible photos.  We love them!!
