We thought we'd received a box of fortune cookies but it's just the handles for our latest kitchen project! Very smart. Gorgeous Ladera satin nickel handles in the Hettich Pro Decor range.

Hard at work...
We've got lots on at the moment and the guys are busy putting the finishing touches together for some bedroom wardrobes and living room bookcases that we're fitting in the next few weeks. We're also making a kitchen for a client in Balham which we're fitting in the New Year - so plenty going on. It's pretty chilly in the workshop today though.... I think the guys are getting plenty of wear out of their winter thermals!
This is what the bedroom wardrobes will look like in a few weeks once they've been fitted!

Festive schemes
We keep thinking that Christmas is miles away but it is scarily close. The cheesy Christmas songs are now playing on the radio and we love these schemes that Farrow & Ball have put together which have really put us in the festive mood.

Channel 4 Scrapbook
We came across Channel 4’s new Scrapbook website
recently and we’re loving it. It seems
like a British spin on Pinterest however without the public sharing. It’s a much more personal and private utility
that lets you tap into lots of advice and tips from various Channel 4
professionals whether relating to the home, health, food, fashion etc… You can
also add things from other sites to make it truly unique to you and a little “scrapbook”
of all of your favourite things.
It’s great if you’re planning a project and
need advice on building, kitchen planning tips, decorating, lighting, worktops etc…
Why not check it out - http://scrapbook.channel4.com

Vintage inspired...
We're up in Teddington tomorrow doing a photo shoot of some lovely wardrobes we've just fitted. We thought we'd try and incorporate a vintage theme to the shoot and have put a mood board together on Pinterest to help focus our ideas on how it could look. We can't wait to share the photos with you next week.

Building work at the workshop...
Since we moved in to our new workshop at the beginning of September, we've absolutely loved it. It's far from glamorous, but we have so much space and it's making life so much easier being able to spread out a bit more. This week we've been busy doing some additional work to it - making a little office, a finishing room and a store room. It's not ready yet but it's starting to take shape. We've got additional man power and about 5 projects going on simultaneously so it's pretty packed.... it's hard to imagine how we managed without this place before.
